Inspection & Consultation
Inspection is required so that we can determine and document the extent of the animal damage; a course of action to take to resolve the problem permanently and to cover our costs for travel, consultation and time spent inspecting your property. Our Inspection Fees is $99.00 for a typical Residential call.

We also offer a more extensive Inspection & Consultation Service for owners of Commercial and Industrial Properties, as well as individuals considering purchase of a property. In such cases, we would be happy to provide you with a written proposal for this service.

We offer 4 Levels of Service, and credit the cost of our inspection fee against any additional work we may perform.

Level 1
	Wildlife Removal
		Pricing factors include species type, number & location
Level 2
	Level 1 Service Plus
		Closing up/sealing the offending animals point or points of entry
		1 year guarantee against return through original entry points
Level 3
	Level 2 Service Plus
		Wildlife Proofing your home or facility
		Damage Repair
		Clean-up and Decontamination Services
		5-year guarantee against the return of offending species
Level 4
	Level 3 Service Plus
		Annual Re-inspection
		5 year guarantee covering all Wildlife Species
	Guarantee
		"By Guarantee" we mean if the animal returns we will remove it again free of charge!
